Dan and Ginny have been working with New Tribes Mission in West Africa since 2004. Their vision has been to reach the Landuma people of Guinea with the gospel through church planting and Bible translation. In 2015, after years of homeschooling in a village, the Lord directed them to Dakar, Senegal where their children could attend school. Ginny is involved in a variety of local ministries, including volunteering at a Christian school for hearing impaired children. Dan is remaining involved with the Landuma people, of which there are a few in Dakar. His main role is to assist with the Bible translation.

My name is Ricardo Fernández Paz. I was saved at the age of 20 in February 1974, at a Word of Life (WOL) Argentina summer camp with my friend Mario Tarasiuk. I studied for three years at Word of Life Bible Institute (WOLBI) Argentina. In my last year of studies, after a time of prayer, I understood the Lord was calling me to serve Him full-time with Word of Life in my home country. Since 1980, I've been serving in WOLBI ministry and WOL summer camps in the financial department and with counseling. Marcela and I got married in 1984 and have two daughters, Analia and Lucia. By His grace, we are honored to serve the Lord together as a family.
We are missionary kids who grew up in West Africa. We married in 2004 and, since then, God has blessed us with four boys - William, Josiah, Micah, and Logan. It is our hearts desire to serve in West Africa as career missionaries, training and partnering with national pastors, to share Christ's love and message with the nomadic people groups.
We are John and Linda Maynard - Word of Life Local Church Missionaries. After 36 years ministering in Central and Eastern New York, we have transitioned to the Extended Region. We now cover "the rest of the country" and the WOL youth ministries that do not have a resident Word of Life Local Church Missionary. Currently, there are 98 ministries in 21 states and 1 country. For more information about our ministry visit http://johnmaynard.wol.org
Our heart's desire is to see lives changed for the glory of God.
Please pray for us and with us!
For 80 years, Sacandaga Bible Conference has preached the Gospel and sought to see lost souls saved in New York’s southern Adirondacks. While the camp, its leadership, and its guests have changed through generations, the mission has not: To reach, equip, and disciple kids of all ages with the gospel of Christ through Biblical truths, enabling them to reach the world for Christ. Sac now offers several year-round programs, with dynamic youth and family camp opportunities during the summer, and retreats and special events the rest of the year.
As soon as I was saved, I worked in a Word of Life (WOL) Bible Club in my church and was encouraged to go to WOL Bible Institute to study the Word. After spending a summer on the Word of Life Island serving as a boat boy and completing a year at the WOL Bible Institute, I knew that God was leading me to the mission field with Word of Life. I work in Spanish Ministries where the efforts are focused toward ministry teams and with sports - particularly Men's Soccer.

Since 1971, Fred and Rachel Whitman have been missionaries to Italy supported by Perth Bible Church. Fred's grandfather, G. Fred Whitman, was one of the founding members of the church, and his father, Rev. George P. Whitman was saved and grew up near Perth. God has blessed the Whitmans in their church-planting ministry in Italy with Baptist Mid-Missions by means of a Daily T.V. ministry and RADIO LUCE since 1980. Their church plant at Perugia is nearing graduation after many years of faithful labor. They have four adult children and 13 grandchildren whom all serve the Lord in Italy!

We started the Word of Life Seminary in Brazil in 1965 with 11 students. Today, under the leadership of a Brazilian Director, the Seminary is involved in the training of almost 600 Brazilians in a variety of courses. Dave continues to teach in both the Bachelor and Master programs, and Mary-Ann is involved in teaching and discipling the wives of the married students. Both of us travel visiting alumni.
